Definition of "American Institute for Property and Casualty Underwriters (AIPCU)"

An organization which establishes educational standards for the property and casualty underwriting profession. The completion of the appropriate training, education and examination requirements is recognized by the granting of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
