A professional designation of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The designation is earned by passing examinations and through business experience. The examinations include pensions, Social Security, other retirement related plans, health insurance, economics, finance, labor relations, group insurance and other employee benefit related plans.
